Today I will share you the easy and delicious recipe of how to cook Cheesy Stick Kabab.
Kabab is mainly a dish from the middle eastern region.Literally, the word Kabab covered a broad term of grilled meat dishes.Kabab maybe made of mutton, chicken, fish, paneer or any fruit or any sea-food.

INGREDIENTS
• 300 gm minced chicken(boneless chicken blended in a blender)
• 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• butter for busting
• 2 nos green chilli, finely chopped
• coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp cashew nut powder(optional)
• ½ tsp shahi garam masala
• ½ tsp green cardamom powder
• 2 tbsp grated cheese
• 1 egg (for binding)
• Satay Sticks
• Salt to taste.
How to cook Cheesy Stick Kabab :
DIRECTION:
1) Take a bowl and add the minced chicken and press it with a spatula or hand.
2) Now, add the ginger-garlic paste,garam masala, cardamom powder, cashew nut powder, green chillis, coriander leaves, grated cheese and add salt to taste.And mix it all well.
3) Now, covered the bowl with a clean rapper and rest it in a refrigerator for almost 3-4 hours.
4) After resting, take the bowl out of the fridge and wait until its temperature is same as the normal temp. or room temperature.
5) Now, grease your palm with oil and take a small amount of kabab mixer and wrap it on a satay stick.Do the same for all mixer.
6) Heat up a griller on 200° C.Now take out the grilling tray and place the satay stick on the grilling tray.
7) Set the temperature at 200° C for 30 min and place the grilling tray on a griller.
8) On a time interval of 10 min take out the tray and add butter with a silicon brush on the kabab mixer.
9) After 30 min takes out the satay stick out of the griller and squeeze some lemon juice on the kabab and add butter with a silicon brush.
10) Place the Kabab on plates and Serve hot with onion rings and fresh coriander.
