How to make Grilled Chicken:
INGREDIENTS
•2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
•2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
•1 lemon, halved
•Kosher salt
•Freshly ground black pepper
•Fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS
1)Preheat grill to high, leave it for 5 minutes.
2)Once hot, carefully use tongs to rub an oiled paper towel over grates to clean and ensure no food residue or dirt.
3)Drizzle olive oil on chicken breast and cut sides of lemon, then season chicken generously with salt and pepper.
4)Using long tongs, place chicken breasts on grill and cook, covered on high, 3 minutes.
5)Flip breasts and continue cooking on high, 3 more minutes.
6)Reduce grill heat to low and flip chicken again.
7)Place lemons cut side down, on a grill. Cover and continue cooking, 3 minutes more.
8)Flip the chicken again and cook 3 more minutes on low, or until a meat thermometer reads 160° when inserted into the thickest part of the meat.
9)To serve, remove chicken and lemons to plate. Squeeze grilled lemon on chicken and top with parsley.

[For smoky flavors, heat up a coal piece on gas top and then place it in a bowl in between the grilled chicken pieces.Now, add some butter on coal and place a lid.Leave it for 3-5min]
[You can also use butter in place of olive oil.]
