Ingredients of Pyaaz ka Raita
•500gm yoghurt
•100 ml cream
•Salt to taste
•10gm roasted cumin,crushed
•100gm sliced onions
•20 gm green chillies
•20 gm coriander leaves
•100 ml cream

For Garnish:
•chilli powder
•Fresh herbs powder (rosemarry,thyme along with sea salt and black pepper)
How to Make Pyaaz ka Raita:
1.At first,whisk the yoghurt along with the cream and salt.
2.Mix in the cumin powder, sliced onions, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
3.Serve garnished with Chilli powder and the fresh herbs powder along with pepper and rock salt.
Serves best with Tandoori dishes and Biryanis.
