Paneer Fritter Tossed in Ginger-Garlic Sauce

Paneer Fritter - are made of paneer or cottage cheese,which is dipped in a batter made of chickpea flour or corn flour or half of both.It's a very delicious dish.Here we ready to prepare this with a quick recipe.

Ingredients (1cup=250ml)
•200 grams paneer,cut into desired sizes
•¼ tsp red chili powdwer
•½ tsp chaat masala
•½ tsp garam masala
•Oil for deep frying
For fritter batter
•½ cup besan
•2 tbsp of flour and corn flour (halves of both)
•¼ tsp red chili powder
•¼ tsp cumin powder
•Salt as needed
•1 tsp ajwain
•1 tsp ginger chilli paste
•¼ tsp Monosodium Glumate (Ajina Moto)
•¼ tsp Baking Powder
•Water as needed
For Ginger-Garlic Sauce
2tbsp of ginger-garlic,minced
• 1tbsp of spring onion
• 4tbsp of tomate puree
• 1tbsp fresh coriander leaves
• ¼ tsp of fresh herbs(rosemary and thyme)
• ½ tsp Soya Sauce
• ¼ tsp of Apple Cidar vinegar
• ½ tbsp of chilli flakes
• Salt - Sugar as required
• 1tbsp oil
How to make the recipe
For Paneer Fritter
1)Cut paneer to desired sizes.
2)Sprinkle red chilli powder, garam masala and chaat masala & Toss them well in the bowl & Set this aside.
3)Heat oil in a deep kadai on a medium heat.
4)Now,add besan,flour,corn flour,salt, ajwain, red chilli powder, ginger chilli paste to a bowl.Add water just enough to make a thick but free flowing batter.
5)When the oil is hot enough[Ensure that the oil is on high temperature,You can also dip a tiny quantity of the better to check if the oil is ready or not.]
6)Now,dip each paneer piece in the batter, swipe off the excess dripping batter. Drop it in the hot oil.
7)Gently keep stirring & flipping to fry evenly until they turn golden.
8)Drain them on a kitchen tissue.
For Ginger-Garlic Sauce
1)Heat up a pan,add oil in pan.
2)Add minced ginger-garlic and some spring onion.Stir untill the raw aroma of ginger-garlic goes away.
3)Now,add tomato puree and stir on low flame.
4)After 3-4 mins continuous stirring,add apple cidar vinegar and soya sauce and the fresh herbs.
5)Now add salt amd sugar as desired.
6)Add the fresh coriander and switch off the flame.
Serve Paneer Fritters hot with chutney or you can also give paneer pakodas a gentle toss in the ginger-garlic sauce.Enjoy delicious Paneer Fritters with ginger garlic Sauce.
