The cheese in the batter forms part of the outer crust and a creates an irresistible cheese pull as you bite into these yummy chicken fritters.

How to Make Cheesy Chicken Fritter :
Ingredients
• 500 gm Chicken breasts (Cut into small pieces)
• 1 egg
• 5 tbsp Grated Cheese (mayonnaise)
• 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Powder
• 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
• ⅓ cup Corn- Flour
• ⅛ cup Besan
• 1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
• Salt as required
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 pinch of Monosodium Glumate (Ajina moto)
• 1 pinch of Baking powder
• Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Marination
1)First  wash the chicken well and Drain all water.Then using a sarp knife cut the chicken into thick pieces and set aside.
2)In a medium bowl combine egg, mayonnaise,corn flour,besan,shredded mozzarella,dill,salt,black pepper,red chilli powder. Stir until well combined.
3)Stir in diced chicken, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Frying
1)Heat a large buttom pan and put it on medium flame.
2)Add oil and when hot, add the marinated chicken.And fry until the fritter turns into golden brown and fully cooked. Repeat with remaining fritters. Remove to a paper towel lined dish.
Garnish with fresh Coriander Leaves and Chaat masala & Serve hot Cheesy Chicken Fritter with cheese garlic mayonnaise or any ketchup.
