Ingredients Chicken, 500 gm Onion(Finely chopped), 1 cup Ginger-Garlic Paste, 2 tbsp Chopped Tomatoes, 2 medium sized or Tomato Puree, 2 tbsp Curd, 50 gm Shahi jeera (whole) Cumin powder, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Paprika, ½ tsp Cashew Nut Paste, 1 tbsp Poppy seed paste, 1 tbsp Shahi garam masala, 1 tsp Fresh Coriander Leaves, handful Mustard Oil, 3-4 tbsp Ghee or Butter Bay leaf, 2 nos Dry red chilli (whole) Warm water, ½ cup (optional) Salt to taste Sugar (½ tsp)(optional) Preparation First, wash the chicken in running water thoroughly & strain all water.
