  • Cottage cheese or chaana, 300 grams
  • Sugar, 2 cups
  • Orange Peel extract, 1/2 Tsp
  • Orange pulp, 1 cup
  • Orange food colour, 4-5 drops
  • Saffron Strands, 10-12
  • Semolina, 1/2 Tsp
  • Maida or gram flour, 1/2 Tsp
  • Water
